The Traveling Jones Theater for Children is proud to announce its brand new production:
 Anita Reedmore’s Rock & Roll Book Report.  This play is a hilarious one-hour romp through classic American Literature from "Rip Van Winkle" to Moby Dick.   Poe, Twain, Melville, Irving and Jack London have never been so funny! Laugh and learn. For kids of all ages.  Audience members get to meet America's greatest writers and learn the basic plot lines of some of their best works while everybody, young and old alike, enjoy this highly amusing, energetic play!  Fundamental literary terms are also defined as this incredible new production condenses two weeks worth of English lessons into 60-unforgettable minutes!

The Traveling Jones Theater was founded on the idea that it would bring exceptionally high quality performing arts to our Virginia Schools while instilling a lifelong appreciation of Classic American Literature in our schoolchildren.   In doing so, when combined with study materials, we naturally conform to The Virginia Standards of Learning in multiple areas.  Call the Theater to bring a show to your school 540-652-8848 or email bookings@travelingjonestheater.com for more info.
